- No Press Too Old or Unique - Even if your press seems beyond repair, our experienced technicians can rebuild it. We will get your press operational at a substantial savings, compared to the cost of a new press.
- Custom Machine Parts - EMS sells parts for most models of filter presses. All upgraded parts are designed to meet, or in many cases, exceed original factory specifications. We strive to maintain the level of quality you expect, and extend that quality service across the continental United States, Canada, or Mexico. Please contact us for overseas services.
- Rebuild to Factory Specifications - Services can be performed at your location, or, your press can be transported to our New Caney, Texas facility just north of Houston. Once in our care, the press is completely stripped and disassembled, parts are refurbished, upgraded, or replaced, rollers are re-worked or replaced, new bearings outfitted and the frame galvanized. Only when we are satisfied the press meets our level of high standards, will it be returned to its original location.
- Saving Time and Money - We understand how costly down time can be, it is our goal to complete all repair work on time, whether at your location or at ours. In order to keep you productive while your press is being repaired we offer short-term leases on belt filter presses. If you need to supplement your current capacity due to plant expansion or "event" work, we also offer long-term leases on a variety of belt filter presses.
