| Dana A. Batiste With more than 18 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, Mr. Batiste joined Environmental Machines and Services in January 2010 as its President. Prior to Environmental Machines and Services, Mr. Batiste was Sr. Manager of Business Development for American Water Works Company Municipal Services, the largest private operating water company in the industry, a $2.2-billion national firm that specializes in serving the municipal market. Roger Gracey Roger Gracey as the founder of Environmental Machines and Services Mr. Gracey is the Director of Operations for the municipal and industrial divisions. He is responsible for the overall performance and growth of service contracts throughout the county. Mr. Gracey has 30 years of professional experience in the water and wastewater industry. Prior to becoming the architect of Environmental Machines and Services, Mr. Gracey lead the service operations division for Text Tile Engineers. Anna Culver As Director of Sales and almost 11 years in the water and wastewater industry, Mrs. Culver is responsible for the financial performance and growth of parts and services division within North and South America. Mrs. Culver career began with Environmental Machines and Services a year after the conception in 2004, before signing on with Environmental Machines and Services Mrs. Culver was with Textile Engineering and Johnson Environmental. Kathi Morton Kathi Morton is Environmental Machines and Services Director of Finance. She is responsible for overall financial management, including financial plans and policies, as well as relationships with financial institutions, investors and shareholders. Kathleen Trice Kathleen Trice oversees employee relations, training, compensation, talent acquisition, workers compensation and benefits administration for the company. Mrs. Trice is a human resources professional with over 10 years of experience. |
